Indoor Rowing Machine: A Brief History

 

Indoor rowing has earned its right to be considered as a sport. One thing that you should note about the indoor rowing machine is that it is also labeled as an ergometer. The term ergometer stands for a device being used to calculate the amount of work being performed. If you are interested in an extreme calorie burning exercise, then the indoor rowing machine is the right exercise machine for you. You will be able to see a great amount weight of loss from the rowing machine but, as with any exercise machine, it will take some time before you see results. In order to be able to see permanent results, you are going to have to give it time and just stick with it.
